Mariana Martinez, PsyD

Dr. Martinez applies Bowen theory in her work with families navigating decisions related to wealth and legacy. She is an Advisor at LGA Global, an international advisory firm dedicated to supporting the long-term success of multi-generational family enterprises. She previously served as Executive Director, Family Dynamics  Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank, Family Wealth and Culture Services.

Mariana Martinez earned her doctorate in clinical psychology, with an emphasis on child and family, from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Diego, CA. She has been affiliated with the Bowen Center since 2008 and joined its faculty in 2012. She directed the Clinic from 2011 to 2017 and hosted the television program Family Matters, producing more than 100 episodes. She currently participates in a range of clinical and academic initiatives, including leadership of the Iberoamerican Institute at the Bowen Center.
