Placing Orders

The best way to place orders is through our secure website. Website orders offer guaranteed processing within two full business days of order placement. Telephone orders and product inquiries are available by calling 800-432-6882, Monday through Friday, 9:00-5:00 Eastern time. You may also fax your order form to 202-965-1765 or send it by US mail to The Bowen Center, 4400 MacArthur Blvd, NW, #103, Washington, DC 20007.

Fax, phone and mail orders will be processed during normal business hours, usually within seven to ten business days of receiving your order.

Payment must be received before any products will be sent.

Payment Options

We accept Master Card or Visa credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders sent through US mail, accompanied with an order form.

Returns, Damaged Items, and Packaging Errors

We strive to provide products in good working order. If you are having trouble with AV media, please call us before returning anything as it may be a compatibility issue with your equipment. All damages and errors in shipment must be reported to the Bowen Center within 14 days. We will replace any goods damaged in shipping, or correct our errors, but may request you return the original order. For bookstores, please estimate carefully as we have a no return policy.
