Obstacles to Differentiation of Self
Michael E. Kerr, MD
When people who have struggled for years with personal problems are introduced to systems thinking it is like moving from thinking in two dimensions to grasping what it means to think in three. They find it refreshing and energizing. Part of the attractiveness of systems thinking is the neutrality with which it is presented. This conference will feature interviews with people who are fairly new to systems ideas. They will describe obstacles to transitioning from cause-and-effect to systems thinking.
