Principles for Leaders

Leaders today are besieged in overly critical and unsupportive organizations. They experience undermining from the culture and they often have few guidelines that serve them well in these situations. Bowen theory provides principles that are extremely useful to leaders struggling with these dilemmas. Dr. Gilbert's years working with leaders in the clergy and her interviews with leaders themselves will illustrate how these guidelines from Bowen theory can play out in real life.
