Online Clinical Conference registration
This secure form may be used throughout the 2007-2008 academic year to register for the full conference series, the November clinical conference
or one individual conference per online transaction.
For the four conference package, please use the print registration form.
Please use the print registration form to register for other conference combinations such as two to three conferences,
or register for more than one conference (including CEU selection) by completing each individual selection as a separate online transaction.

Online conference registration may be completed up to 48 hours before the day of the conference. You will receive a confirmation email reply.
Please register at the door if registering less than 48 hours before the conference, or call the Center at 202-965-4400 to register.
