This secure form may be used throughout the 2009-2010 academic year to register for the Full Conference Series, the November Clinical Conference or one individual conference per online transaction.

Please Note: Online conference registration may be completed up to 48 hours before the day of the conference. You will receive a confirmation email reply. Please register at the door if registering less than 48 hours before the conference, or call the Center at 202-965-4400 to register.

If you prefer to mail or fax your registration, use the print registration form.

To register for the Four Conference Package, and for other conference combinations such as two to three conferences, please use the print registration form.

To register for more than one conference (including CEU selection) complete each individual selection as a separate online transaction. For questions about registering for multiple conferences, please call the Center at 202-965-4400.
